We deal with the day to day maintenance of your property, liaising directly with tenants and arranging suitable contractors when required. For anything more substantial, we will normally speak to you first, obtain estimates where appropriate and keep you updated as the work progresses.

Who does the tenant contact if there is a problem?

Your tenant comes to us first. We deal with everyday questions, maintenance issues and the practical matters that arise during a tenancy, only involving you when a decision or approval is genuinely needed. It means you are kept informed without having to manage every small issue yourself.

What tenancy administration do you handle?

We look after the ongoing administration of the tenancy, including rent statements, renewals, relevant paperwork and liaison with tenants, contractors and other parties where required. We also coordinate the practical arrangements at the start and end of each tenancy.

What happens when the tenancy comes to an end?

We coordinate the check out and review the condition of the property once the tenant has left. If there are cleaning, maintenance or damage issues to address, we will discuss these with you and liaise with the tenant where appropriate before helping to arrange the return or agreed distribution of the deposit.

Yes. We help keep track of the certificates, safety checks and other requirements that apply to a rented property and can arrange these on your behalf where instructed. We will also let you know when something is due, so you are not expected to keep track of everything yourself.
